Due to the proximity of the retreat dates and the commitments we’ve made to our partners and accommodations, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds at this time. Our retreat has limited spots, and each reservation requires us to secure accommodations and services that are non-refundable on our end.

All payments made toward the “Roots to Rise: A Transformational Journey in Brazil” retreat are non-refundable

 

 

 

 

•Transferring Your Spot: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another person, pending approval from the retreat organizers.

•Conditions for Transfer:

•The new participant must meet all the requirements for participation.

•All necessary registration forms and agreements must be completed by the new participant.

•Transfer requests must be made in writing at least [specific number of days, e.g., 7 days before the retreat start date.

•An administrative fee of [amount, if applicable] may apply.

 

 

•Strong Recommendation: We highly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage.

•Coverage Suggestions: Look for policies that cover unforeseen events such as personal emergencies, illness, or other circumstances that might prevent you from attending.

•Responsibility: It is the participant’s responsibility to arrange appropriate insurance coverage.

 

 

•Force Majeure: In the event that the retreat is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, pandemics), we will reschedule the retreat to a later date.

•No Liability: We are not liable for any costs incurred by participants due to such cancellations or postponements.

•Notification: Participants will be notified as soon as possible in such events.
